Festival Of The Fires 2012

Festival of the fires is a rekindling of Ireland’s ancient Celtic Bealtaine festival at the Hill of Uisneach in Mullingar, County Westmeath. Festival of the fires kicked off the festival season in Ireland on Saturday May the 5th 2012 in spectacular fashion. Festival of the Fires is one of those small festivals that gathers momentum over time, I’m pretty sure its only going to become more popular among festival goers in 2013. Festival of the fires featured this vide on their website here

I was happy to be there to capture its atmosphere

Audio track is Cardinal Knowledge by Kíla

#OccupyDameStreet, Dublin, Day 2

I filmed this on October 9th 2011 for the main reason to test the filming capabilities of the Panasonic G2. The sound was recorded using the onboard mic is fairly omnidirectional. I used the audio track Gimme Shelter by The Rolling Stones.

This video gained a bit of popularity online amongst the Occupy movement due to the fact that I had cut the video two or three hours after it was shot and quite alot of people were curious as to what was going on at Central Bank on Dame Street at that time. The video gives a bystanders view of what the were doing.

The video feature here on the Occupy Dame Street website among other places

Waterville Time Lapse

A time lapse that I made whilst on a family break in County Kerry Ireland.

There is one clip added to this video that was shot at the Sally Gap, Co.Wicklow.

This was filmed with a Panasonic G2 using a Hahnel Giga T Pro 2 Intervalometer.

Video feature on the gathering 2013 website, it can be viewed here
